How to entry the activities

All activities need defnitely reservation.

The customer who hopes for the reservation with the application form must print out an application form here.

Please transfer the entry fee.
※Please transfer by representative name without fail.
※Input applied participation date just in front of your name when transferring.
※Bring the copy of transferring when you participate. Ex: How to transfer the entry fee for rafting for Mr.Tom and Ms.Cameron on Jul.30th by Ms.Cameron.
Input applied participation date just in front of your name and use the name, representative: Mr.Tom even Ms.Cameron transfer the entry fee.
